Thank you for Shopping at Flow Beach Tennis. We appreciate your business. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your merchandise within 7 days from the delivery date for a refund equal to the purchase price of your items. If 8 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or return. Please keep in mind that once your order is processed, we may not be able to make any changes before it’s shipped out.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

  Item(s) being returned must be unused, with tags intact, unwashed, and in the same condition that it was received. Item(s) must be returned with the original packaging, with tags intact of store pricing stickers and without odors or any stains. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n\n

  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, in up to 10 days.<\/p>\n

  Shipping Fees are not refundable. Promotional & Clearance Items are considered final sale.<\/p>\n

  Do not remove the protective liner (if applicable) unless you are certain that you are satisfied with your purchase.
  
  Unpackaged, worn, soiled, damaged, odors, and laundered items cannot be returned.<\/p>\n

If you wish to return your product, you will receive an RMA# over email to include in your return package.

     If we receive a non-qualifying return item(s), we may charge you up to $50.00 for shipping to send the items back to you. Any item that is returned more than 7 days past the delivery date will not receive a refund.
     
     DISCLAIMER: Flow Beach Tennis is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or for items sent back to us without a delivery confirmation or tracking number. You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing your return(s).<\/p>\n

     Sale items<\/b><\/p>\n\n

     Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.<\/p>\n\n

     Defective or Incorrect Items<\/h2>\n\n

     Examples of defective items are but not limited to:
     
     Discoloration or fabric bleeding.
     
     Marks, stains, and blemishes (caused during manufacturing)
     
     Sewing or manufacturing flaws.
     
     Missing or broken parts (tubes, beach tennis balls, etc.).
     
     Incorrect indicated size or item.
     
     If any of the above or similar applies to your order, please email us at contact@justgui.miracooldigital.com\/flowbeachtennis within 24 hours of the delivery of your order and include your order number and item number plus a description of the issue. We will replace the item to you. We will also ship the replacement item to you once we receive the defective or incorrect item if the item is still in stock. If item is no longer in stock we will give you a full refund.
